The glass factory United Glass Factories, LLC has been producing bottles of high-quality glass for quiet and sparkling wines for a long time. Each product of the plant undergoes careful control at all stages of production, which excludes the appearance of defective manufactured articles in the series. Exclusively new (and not processed secondary) high-quality glass with an increased level of strength is used for the production of bottles. Boska-Rus, the champagne and sparkling wine factory, uses original technology and modern equipment to manufacture its products, so the products have the best characteristics. Due to its qualities, this brand’s products have great popularity and demand.
 
Now the products of United Glass Factories, LLC are also used for bottling sparkling wines of the Boska-Rus trademark. Making champagne bottles is the most labour intensive in this industry. At the factory, thicker glass is used for their manufacture compared to bottles from other manufacturers.
 

The All-Russian Winemaker Summit hosted numerous participants for the tenth time. The Union of the Russian Grape Growers and Winemakers together with the wine company Abrau-Durso took over all organizational issues. Active assistance was provided by the Ministry of Agriculture of the country and the leadership of the Krasnodar Territory. The event took place on October 18 this year in Abrau-Durso.

AGW GROUP became the official partner of the event, the only partner which is a producer of containers.

At the significant industry meeting, about 1,000 guests discussed the results of the year and new trends in wine production.

Today, Petersburg Glass is one of the leading enterprises for the production of glass containers on the Russian market. The main specialization profile of the plant is the production of containers for food industry made of green, olive, brown and black glass, with a capacity of 0.2 to 1 liter. The production capacity of the plant provides means for producing up to 100 tons of glass per day.
Also, the plant specializes in the production of complex items according to the customer’s sketches in small batches of 300 thousand pieces.
Currently, the main assortment consists of bottles for sparkling and still wines.

Duties

• Cost accounting of the output product (each unit).
• Preparation of cash flow budgets (for the month, quarter, year).
• Conducting an analysis of the justification and expediency of the costs included in the Cash Flow Budget projects.
• Plan-factor analysis of budget execution (analysis of identified deviations and factors that cause their occurrence).
• Analysis of the economic activity of the group of companies.
• Preparation of planning and reporting documents in the management accounting system.
• Active participation in the process of automation of management accounting based on 1S products.

Requirements

• Higher industry-specific (economic) education.
• Work experience as an economist in a production company for at least 3 years.
• Experience in the management accounting system.
• A confident command of the methodology of budgeting in the company.
• Knowledge of methods for analyzing plan-fact deviations, methods for monitoring budget execution.
• Knowledge of ways to calculate the price of manufactured products.
• Advanced level of MS Excel.
• Readiness for business trips: one-day business trip to the Leningrad region every fortnight.
