SALES AND SUPPLY SPECIALIST

Duties

  • Organizes the sale of the compay’s goods (glass containers, sand) and their delivery to customers.
  • Organizes the supply of goods (raw materials, materials, equipment, parts), their timely delivery.
  • Controls contracts with suppliers and customers. Controls the execution of contracts.
  • Controls document flow with contractors, ensures timely execution and receipt of sales and supply documentation.
  • Prepares established sales and supply reports.
  • Conducts and executes tenders.
  • Searches for the most profitable suppliers, focusing on the quality of the products offered, the price, terms and conditions of delivery, and the reliability of the supplier.
  • Conducts research on the markets of goods and services, prepares analytical reports on the situation at the markets.
  • Monitors prices for purchased goods and services, including cargo transportation.

Requirements

  • Higher education.
  • The ability and desire to bargain, compete, negotiate.
  • The ability to defend and prove your own “point of view”.
  • Ability to work with a large amount of information.
  • Ability to work in multitasking mode.
  • Readiness for private changes in the conditions/source data/content of the assigned tasks.
  • A confident Excel user (creation of tables, formulas using, creation of relationships between tables).
  • Experience in self-preparation and design of presentations (20-30 pages).
  • Knowledge of English at the Upper Intermediate level + the ability to use dictionaries and quickly understand the essence of technical texts in English.
  • Readiness for business trips: lasting from 1 to 5 days, 1-2 times per month.

Conditions

  • Registration according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
  • Working hours 5/2 from 9.30 to 18.30.
  • Comfortable office in the city center.
  • Qualifying period is up to 3 months.
  • Monthly income after the qualifying period: 60,000 Russian rubles.

VISIT OF THE DEPUTY CHAIRMAN OF TVER REGION GOVERNMENT – THE MINISTER OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE TVER REGION IVAN YEGOROV – TO BORISOVSKIY GLASS MANUFACTURING PLANT

On 20.06.2020, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Tver Region – Minister of Economic Development of the Tver Region Ivan Yegorov – visited Vyshnevolotsk City District as part of a business visit. Together with the Head of Vyshnevolotsk City District Natalia Roshchina, he visited Borisovskiy Glass Manufacturing Plant, JSC. This company is experiencing a rebirth. The works on its restoration have already begun.

PARTICIPATION OF DEPUTY GENERAL DIRECTOR – TECHNICAL DIRECTOR YATSYNIN V.V. IN THE INTERNATIONAL FORUM “GLASS AND MODERN TECHNOLOGIES – XXI” 2019, MOSCOW

On October 31, 2019, the Russian association StekloSoyuz held the International Forum “Glass and Modern Technologies – XXI” in Moscow. The representative of Petersburg Glass, LLC, Deputy General Director – Technical Director Yatsynin V.V. took part in the forum, along with more than 200 delegates from the largest glass manufacturers in the country and abroad.

Viktor Ivanovich Osipov, President of the Russian association StekloSoyuz, made a report. He congratulated the participants of the main industry event on the start of work and said that the decision of the United Nations (UN) recognized 2020 as the “year of glass”.

This UN decision was made at the request of the World Glass Association, which member the Russian StekloSoyuz is.
Experts from Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy and other countries spoke about cooperation with Russian companies. The forum concluded with a friendly dinner in honor of the Day of Glass Industry Workers.

THE MANAGEMENT OF THE PLANT ASKED DEPUTY DIRECTOR FOR PERSONNEL TO LEAVE THE POST

The management of the plant asked Deputy General Director for Personnel and General Affairs Shamin I.S. to leave his post due to the inconsistency of the position and the complete lack of work with the staff. During his work, the number of employees’ disciplinary violations has sharply increased, which was reflected in the increase in the number of unauthorized absences by 25% and the number of inebriated employees’ appearances – by 15%.

THE MANAGEMENT OF THE PLANT ASKED TECHNICAL DIRECTOR TO LEAVE THE POST

The management of the plant asked technical director Slobodyanyuk O.P. to leave the post due to the following:
– during the period of his work (1.5 months), due to excessive downtime of the GMM (glass mold machine), more than 480,000 units of glass products were not produced and more than 420,000 units of high-quality glass products were short-received;
– there were repeated violations of the operating modes of the fritting furnace due to the lack of proper control on the part of Slobodyanyuk O.P.
