Currently, the group of companies produces about 50,000,000 bottles per year, and after the completion of the reconstruction of Borisovskiy Glass, the production capacity will increase up to 90,000,000 bottles per year. All glass products sold by Amalgamated glass works, LLC are certified and meet the requirements of Russian and international quality standards. When executing orders for the production of standard glass containers for sparkling and still wines, we are guided by the technical requirements established by the current GOST 10117-91 “Glass bottles for food liquids. Technical requirements” and GOST 32131-2013 “Glass bottles for alcoholic and non-alcoholic food products. General technical conditions”.
Our sparkling wine bottles have successfully passed quality tests at distilleries in France and Spain, where they have earned the highest ratings and positive reviews from the leading experts in the glass industry.
To develop exclusive containers made of high-strength green, olive or transparent glass, our experts use special technical specifications that are developed for certain types of products that differ in size, capacity, decor, shape and purpose. Quality control is implemented at each technological cycle with the use of the latest inspection and diagnostic equipment. Before the glass container is shipped to customers, we check using 5 stages:

Feuille morte
Feuille morte is the signature olive color in which we produce sparkling wine bottles. This color does not belong to the popular and common, but thanks to it, the drink will look much more refined and interesting than in bottles of all the usual shades. Feuille morte glass is the most difficult to produce, and there are very few factories with the necessary equipment. Therefore, bottles of this color are not well represented on the market, and the wines bottled in them will stand out among the products of competitors and attract the attention of consumers.

Rejection of glass containers is carried out by specialists in accordance with the requirements of Industry Standard 41142054-001-2016, GOST 32131-2013.
