A new growth point: a territorial cluster of the glass industry has been created in the Leningrad region! The Industrial Development Center of the Leningrad Region has officially consolidated the creation of a new cluster that will unite the leading enterprises of the glass industry. The industrial map of our region has been expanded with a strategically important association.
The main initiator of the association was Petersburg Glass, LLC. The agreements with the companies were signed with the support of Lina Nikiforova, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Economic Development and Investment Activities. The initiative was supported and implemented by the Center for Cluster Development, a structure of the Central Research Institute responsible for inter—industrial cooperation.
The creation of the cluster is a strategic step towards strengthening technological sovereignty and economic growth of the Leningrad Region’s glass industry. We are moving to new industrial heights!
